Landmine Strength Class

Weights not your thing? Have your tried a TRX or Suspension Trainer? 


This 1 hour total body workout class will get you sweating and feeling stronger, while improving your coordination.


Why use a Suspension Trainer? 

Suspension trainers are highly adaptable to all fitness levels, and put less strain on your joints than traditional weights. 

Using your own bodyweight, you will efficiently target all muscle groups to build strength, increase flexibility, balance and coordination.

Landmine Strength Class

This 1 hour, circuit style class will utilize a landmine attachment and a barbell for strength, while sprinkling in some cardio, balance and core. 


What is a landmine? 

A landmine attachment anchors one end of the barbell to the floor, while allowing you to move the other end of the barbell in an arc.

 

Why use a landmine?

Landmines can add variety to your workout. You can perform squats, lunges, pulls, pushes and rotational exercises using one piece of equipment.

Some people find landmine exercises easier to perform than similar movements with a barbell.

Learn To Lift Youth

A class specifically for youth ages 12-16.

Learn fundamental movement patterns and the "big lifts" in a non-judgmental environment and at a safe pace. 


 Exercises will include:

  • back squat
  • deadlift
  • bench press
  • Introduction to Olympic Lifts


Load and volume will be suitable for growing youth. 

Great for young athletes!
