Stronger

This class builds on the foundation developed in Confident & Strong. 


New variations of lifts will be taught, with an emphasis on building strength. 


Participants will work with barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells in this 1-hour strength-focused class. Exercise options and progressions will be provided to accommodate different abilities and fitness levels, allowing everyone to challenge themselves appropriately.


Maximum class size is 4 participants.


Dates: Mondays, July 6, 20, August 10 - 31, 2026 


Time: 

9:30 - 10:30am

Cost: $120, 6 classes


Location: The Studio - 3280 Grandon Road, Qualicum
